Due to the size and environment of RT Lodge, only registered attendees will be allowed on property during the retreat. This will also apply to lodging as we will have exclusive use of the property for the retreat. If someone comes that is not a registered attendee, you will be asked to leave the retreat. Thank you for understanding.
Please note that RT Lodge has uneven terrain which may make it difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues. There is an elevator in the Main House that is available to access the dining room, mezzanine, and board room. There are no elevators in any of the lodging accommodations. If you need a room on the ground floor, kindly note this in your Google Form but please know that room choice is not guaranteed.
To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all attendees, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets or animals to the retreat. We appreciate your cooperation.
There are 50 rooms available on property and will be booked on a first come first served basis later this summer. Registration for the retreat does not guarantee a room on property. Lodging is not included in the registration fee.
Tickets to the retreat are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
By purchasing this retreat ticket, you are agreeing that only registered retreat attendees will be on property (including lodging) for the duration of the retreat and that you understand all of the above including our refund and transfer policy.
