Due to the nature of needlepoint canvases and accessories, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. However, if you ever have an issue with your order please email us and we will do everything we can to make it right!

I also ask that if you are thinking of filing a chargeback or dispute, please contact me first. I want you to be happy with you order and I will work with you to find a resolution.
