The Smoky Mountain Stitch Retreat will be February 27-March 1, 2026 at RT Lodge in Maryville, TN. The retreat will begin at 9am on Friday, February 27 and conclude mid afternoon on Sunday, March 1.
By purchasing this item, you are purchasing one seat at the retreat. This spot is nonrefundable, so please keep that in mind when purchasing. You may purchase more than one seat if buying for a stitch bestie.
After you purchase your seat, you will receive an email with a Google Form to fill out. Please make sure to fill out a Google Form for each person that you bought a seat for.
Registration fee includes the following:
- Snacks, lunch, and dinner each day from Chef Trevor at RT Lodge
- Fabulous swag bag
- Drink ticket for our Happy Hour
- Lots of open stitch time in a beautiful setting
- Pop up market with fun vendors
- Exclusive use of RT Lodge property (we will be the only ones on property all weekend)
- Access to all amenities provided by RT Lodge
Please note that your registration fee does NOT cover hotel, airfare, or any other travel accommodations.
There are 50 King size rooms available on RT Lodge property that our retreat attendees will be able to book. Booking for these rooms will open at a later date and will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. If you do not secure one of these 50 rooms, we will have a hotel block at a local hotel within 10 minutes from the retreat.
Our local airport (TYS-Knoxville) is a short 7 minute drive from RT Lodge.
Classes will be available for an additional cost. Registration for these classes will open later this year.
RT Lodge has free bike rentals, hiking trails, and a spa that you may book services at during the retreat.
